Natural wine

Is the one which is being harvested from the earth with a maximal respect to the land, no chemical or harmful product is being used in the process in order to protect the environment we are living in, the biodynamic agriculture can also be used in some cases.

Up to 20mg/l of sulfites can be added in Organic wines and up to 5gr/Hl for the Natural ones; There are also some Natural wines that don’t have any sulfites added at all, they aren’t filtered, nor clarified and above all they have a natural fermentation with grapes that are being grown in an organic way. 

In summary those wines are much more alive, full of expression and healthier.
